Residential Docks are the most commonly purchased docks through Erickson Realty. They come in two constructions:
ROLLING DOCKS (shown at left)
Allen Dock manufactures a wide variety of rolling docks. Dock modules are available in 4' , 6', or 8' wide x 8' long. These modules can be bolted together side by side, end to side, or end to end.
• Easily create a L-shaped or a T-shaped dock
• Widths up to 20' and lengths up to 40'
• Our unique design includes a full width axle not found on other rolling dock systems.
• Uneven lake bottom? No problem. Our rolling dock is adjustable side to side providing a level dock for your enjoyment.
FLOATING DOCKS (shown at right)
• The best solution for changing water levels, deep water or muck/unstable lake bottom.
• Allen Dock has proven installations for your consideration, from small ponds and rivers to Great Lakes.
• Where there is not moving ice, the docks can be left in all year.Freezing does not hurt the docks.
ALUMINUM LIFTS
Allen Dock also has a line of aluminum lifts for boats, jet skis and waverunners.
